To place an after-hours maintenance emergency work order please call 847.774.3171.

• Refrigerators (Not cold).
• Active Water leak that cannot be contained. (Example: Water will not shut off, broken water pipe flooding).
• Gas smell in the home.
• AC unit not working (when warmer than 85 degrees outside).
• Heat not working (when colder than 50 degrees outside).
• No electricity in the home.
• Clogged toilet (if only one toilet in the home).
• Smoke detector/combo not working.
• Carbon monoxide detected or present in the home.
• No water in the home.
• Fire in the home. Call 911
• Trash chutes backed up (On Saturdays only).
• Lockouts.

In case of a life-threatening emergency, such as severe illness or fire call 911.
