IMPORTANT NOTICE TO TENANTS ABOUT YOUR 
LAKE COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY PROGRAM PAYMENTS

The Lake County Housing Authority is pleased to announce that we will soon be issuing Utility Reimbursement Payment funds on the U.S. Bank ReliaCard. While you are currently receiving your funds on a Key2Benefits prepaid card, as of January 1, 2025, these funds will be loaded on your ReliaCard.

The prepaid card is a convenient and secure way to receive your payments:

• Payments are automatically loaded to your
• You may make purchases, get cash, pay bills anywhere Visa is accepted.
• Funds are protected if your card is lost or 2

If you remain eligible for payments through the Lake County Housing Authority Program:

• Your new prepaid card will be delivered to the address on file.
• All payments made beginning January 1, 2025 will automatically be deposited to your new prepaid card.
• You must choose a new Personal Identification Number (PIN) when you set-up your prepaid card.
• The activation instructions, usage guide, Cardholder Agreement and Fee Schedule will be included with your prepaid card. Make sure to read and save this important information for your files.
