Memorial Day Holiday - Offices Closed

In observance of the Memorial Day holiday, the LCHA offices will be closed on Monday, May 29th.

Memorial Day, or Decoration Day, is a Federal Holiday in the United States for remembering the people who died while serving in the United States Armed Forces. Many people visit cemeteries and memorials on Memorial Day, particularly to honor those who died in military service. Many place an American flag on Veterans' graves, and volunteers place flags on each grave at the United States National Cemetery.

While you're out barbecuing and with family and friends this Memorial Day weekend, please take time to remember the brave men and women of the Armed Forces who died protecting our country.
